Go onto a page of someone you wish to follow and there´s a follow symbol beside their profile section right at the top righthand side, just click that. Oh I see you are following me, so you must have sussed it already 
Hi. I saw your comment in Hollyhocks100's profile page. If you still don't know the answer to your question - to follow someone, just go to that person's profile page. At the top, on the right side of the page, you can see a "follow me!" button. Just click it and wait for the page to load. Once it does, you will see that the button has been replaced with a "stop following" button. Hope this helped.
