I divorced my cable company several months ago and wrote about it. Well, I am back to let you know that after a period of confusion about what to do with the TV in my living room, a few physical mini withdrawal symptoms, and several intermittent days of do

My Father is Dying....

I recently wrote an article about my family coming together to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday. I spoke of the joy of seeing family that I’d not seen in several years and the fun we’d had recounting the “same old family stories&

Halloween Hater

I know Halloween gets a bad rap, especially by Born-again Christians like me… But, I don’t offer any excuses for it, and, don’t plan on changing my opinion. Just call me the “Halloween Hater”, I do not mind. I consider Hallo

SEO – Is Ignorance Bliss or the Road to Broke?

There was a time when I thought the acronym SEO stood for one particular thing as opposed to a conglomeration of methods. Not willing to take the time to stretch my brain to learn about SEO, I spent year after year, randomly expecting my writing to produce

Just a heads-up. You might want to edit your "Back Cats" title. Didn't you mean "black cats'?

I realized you may not see my response you on my blog - it was important that you do emoticon  Sweetest Leslie, I don't hold Christians in disdain, far from it. Goodness. I don't believe we all can have opinions but the Christians, no. Here I am merely and probably mostly tongue in cheek talking about the "good" ones, the hypocrites, who use the C word as a crutch and forget they are but human. Of course I will post your comment, words matter and your voice counts. I know others have turned you away in your sharing of your faith and I find that as profoundly stupid as those who shove faith in my face when I ask them not to. I don't find you offensive for your belief. Rather honest and good. A good Christian, certainly. Human, not without fault, truly. The truth about judge not lest ye? Simple - when one judges, he or she then gives another the right to judge back. So, given the circumstance, I suppose that's what I did. Those supposed good Christians, slamming that poor human, too fragile to handle this life...well I took up his cause and slammed 'em right back. Albeit in a more human way, I hope - a more positive way, I believe. Again, not disdainful. I do believe in God - it's personal for me. After years's personal... I thank you for your comments and for stopping by. I do adore you, my dear. Please do keep on keepin' on PS: We probably do disagree very much so on the BIBLE, however. We'll discuss that, later emoticon

Thanks for following me, it's always good to have more followers. In answer to your question about emoticons, if there isn't an option to add these to a post or comment, you can always type the code for them. For example a smiley is a colon ":" followed by a right bracket/parenthesis ")". You should be able to find a list of these if you Google for them.
