A series of articles on my introduction to modern digital cameras
I have always been sort of interested in photography. In my younger days I was a keen hillwalker and camper and used to wander far and wide over the hills of my native Scotland and photogra

Waiting for the professor
MY LAST POST was about to a visit to a museum in Glasgow where I met 'Dippy the Diplodocus'. Well, although Dippy and the museum were interesting, that was not the real purpose of one of my rare visits back to my home town.
My eldest son ('Wingman' o

He's a big boy!
AND I FOR one wouldn't like to meet him on a dark night - or even a brightly lit night come to think of it!
This is 'Dippy' the Diplodocus whom I met recently in the Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery in Glasgow. His normal home is the Natural History Mus

MY ELDEST SON (my Wingman of my hillwalking adventures) is just back from a business trip to Paris, France. Whilst he was there he partook of one of the local delicacies: escargot - snails to you and me!

Who's a handsome boy then?
I AM OF COURSE! 'Clothes maketh the man' someone once said. I wonder if that also applies to dogs?

Happy birthday Mrs Kasman!
ACTUALLY IT ISN'T her birthday until the end of the month but, as she often does, she requested her birthday present early because (she said) she really needed it now!
For the sake of a quiet life I usually give in and do as she requests (I know

I'm still around! Been very busy with life and my blog. Thinking about posting here again. Love your Scotland pictures.
Hi I don't write anywhere at the moment I dropped off the circuit for a year or so where are you writing?
Hi Kasman how are you??!! You might find it picks up a little as people (like myself!) totally forgot this site existed until I received an email today and it all came back to me I also went to have a look for Bubblews and have found that has died and gone to website heaven. Hope you are well - Lucy
Hi Kasman. It has been very nice knowing you and reading your posts. I wish you the best in life. Best regards from Pakistan.
Greetings from Dallas, Tx. I imagine you are quite aware by now that the end is near for P. P. So I want to congratulate you on your 238 articles. It was fun reading and I am sure you will continue to grow and flourish in your self expression as a writer in the years ahead.
I haven't used the new browser a lot. It was easy to just close a misbehaving tab instead of needing to use task manager but I download a particular spreadsheet every day at present and it made that more difficult. Also, I have a speed dial on Chrome which gets me to my preferred pages quickly and I would have to build that up on Avant.
