Meditation, in other word, is relaxation. One has to practice Meditation Techniques regularly so as he or she can go into a relaxation mode. There are techniques which are very easy to practice whereas others are dynamic ones. The dynamic ones include rapid breathing, jumping, dancing and so on. The easy ones requires one to sit comfortably on a sofa and close the eyes. Then, focus on any energy pool within. Here, the concentration must be on one pool of energy at a time. In fact, one needs to work on his or her concentration intensity. The more one practices the meditation technique, the more the intensity of concentration increases. This makes one become more and more aware and this is where one goes on increasing his or her Awareness Level.
