My poll of the day! Do you like pets? Have you got a pet?

I know this poll is not very original, but I thought I would like to add a poll every day, let's say this could be kind of a challenge. Why? Because lately I'm always "busy" working on my new site, and preparing my Spanish newsletters, having online classes, you know... There's a long time I don't write / I¡m not in front of my computer just for fun! To relax and somehow... let's call it "to socialize" emoticon  So here we go! My challenge: Every day a poll with a different category. Today: Animals.

I like animals and I used to have a cat and a dog. They died of old age or were taken to the vet when old to be put down humanely, so they didn't suffer. But we are getting old now and don't have the energy to take on a new animal. We look after our kids' dogs occasionally now, when they are away and we are very glad to hand them back!

Oh, I know what you mean! When you are getting older, you prefer to spend your time in your own activities! We have a dog and a cat, and we are already thinking this dog could be the last one we have. It's adorable, but we haven't got the strenght now!

That's right, at least for a puppy, maybe an older dog, or a rescue. But probably not. Animals require a lot of attention and I don't have much to spare after childminding grandchildren, housework, internet work, etc.

We have two beautiful house rabbits, they are a lot of work but they are very much worth it

I have an orange polydactyl tabby cat named Runt. He was born almost 48 hours after his 3 siblings, hence the name Runt. He has one extra digits on both his front paws, 2 extra digits on his left back paw and one extra on his right back paw, thus polydactyl. I have had 3 dogs in my life, Princess a Shetland sheepdog, Belle, a miniature American Eskimo and Tasha, a mix German Shepberd and Husky. Unfortunately all my dogs have passed away but I miss them to this day. I jyst loved and still love you pets. I find they are better company than some humans. Sorry to be so blunt.
