Which Meal of The Day Is Most Important
Now here is my weakness. I do not know which meal of the day I should treat with the most importance. I normally take a heavy supper so that I sleep like a baby on a full stomach. In the morning, I also feed heavily. Now I wonder if am doing right. It is drastic if I take a heavy lunch as I will doze on my job. Any slight rest and my eyes be one heavy with sleep and I nap. I disturb my fellow workers to wake me all the time. I will have to skip lunch completely. It was good when I was doing OMAD and had only one meal a day. Help me understand the most important meal of the day.
