Do you skip breakfast?
Many people who get up early and have to commute to work will have a cup of coffee and skip breakfast. I can't say this is a healthy way to start your day but there are increasing numbers of people who skip breakfast before their day begins and end up grabbing a bite from either a vending machine or a fast food take out on the way to work. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that it speeds up your metabolism and helps burn more calories and prevents mental and physical fatigue thus making work performance better.
I never eat breakfast.
I grab a bite on the way to work each morning.
I prepare food the day before I go to work and carry a bag lunch with me and eat an apple or banana at work for brunch.
I always get up extra early and have a breakfast of oatmeal with rasins and hazle nut creamer and 2 boiled eggs.
I have an energy bar and keep many in the food closet and take them on the go.
I have a cup of hot tea and some toast with jam.
