Do you enjoy your alone time?

We all have responsibilities on our shoulders. Day in and day out we are relied upon by family, friends, people at work, our pets, and even the plants. We are pulled in different directions and have grown used to it. But what if we took a break? Without all of the outside demands, our thoughts move inward. That can be joyful or frightful. What do I do with myself? Where do I start? Is it weird to think of only me? Perhaps I embrace the free time to get to know myself again, to do the things I enjoy. Maybe I will feel lonesome or bored. Perhaps I actively and immediately seek out a direction to be pulled toward.

I do enjoy my alone time weather it be soaking in the tub reading a good book or playing video games to kill time. Sometimes it can get boring by myself and I would like the company of my husband or friends :)

That's nice that you like your hubby :)

I enjoy my time alone. The best time to experience it is early in the morning or very late at night. It soothes me to just sit quietly in silence and think about things.

I am an extreme introvert. Yes, I enjoy my alone time!

I don't call it Alone time! sound too 'distant' I prefer to call it my Solitude space and yes I absolutely love it :)

Yes, those are often times when I get to be alone. I enjoy them because others tend to be asleep or quiet. But given how introverted I've become over the last decade or so, I require my alone time, most of the time!

Alone time seems vital to my existence! I need at least two or three hours of solitude a day for problem solving and decision making. I also work through my more painful feelings more quickly when I have solitary time to process them.

If I have too much alone time, I tend to think too much. To work through painful feelings, I find writing helps the most :)

How I really want to have sometime alone. I do enjoy being alone but not all the time of course.

We all need to enjoy alone time, as well as time around those with whom we enjoy. It's not a simple yes/no answer. I am an extreme extrovert, but I value my alone time.

I need my alone time or I become very worn out with the world.
