Apple Customer Service - How was Yours?
My iPhone has not been playing ball since well before Christmas, i thought to myself, i'm quite techie and knowledgable. i'll sort this myself, unfortunately this hasn't been this case so I've had to give in and ring Apple Care, Apple customer support, after a week or so of, "Do this, Do that" i will finally be getting my phone sorted tomorrow, Ive had amazing service from Apple by a senior advisor Mr John Dunsworth, he couldn't have done anything else, what i want to know, have you had to ring Apple Care, what was your service like?

I have only called them once and my only experience with them was excellent. Better than Samsung's customer service support! :D

Not needed to use them so far in this house. My husband is the Apple geek and he says by default, like you, he would attempt to fix whatever it was first, with the help of friends if needed, before ringing the official Apple guys.

TheCleft I have never used an Apple product so I can't comment, but when I purchased an iPod for my wife (back in 2007) they deliver promplty and the product operated as advertised. No complaints there.
