Which Sporting Event Would You Most Want To Attend?
I am what you would definitely call a bit of a sports buff. There are very few sports that I can't get into, but if you had to press me to pick my top 3, i would be soccer, American football, and ice hockey, with horse racing sitting just outside that group. There are all manner of great sporting events that I would love to be able to see before I die, but unless I strike it rich, chances are I will just have to settle for watching them on TV. If I could only pick one, it would most likely be the World Cup Final, especially if Scotland were in it (A man is allowed to dream). What would you choose?
World Cup Final
Super Bowl
Kentucky Derby
Monaco Grand Prix
Game 7 of Stanley Cup Final hockey
Wimbledon
Other please specify
I Hate sports

It was a close call between Wimbledon and the world cup final. But tennis is my favourite sport

The world cup final! I've always been a HUGE fan of football (soccer) and it is hands down my favourite sport. Then probably would come NBA but I fell in love with sports through football so nothing can beat that in the end.

Daytona 500!! I've been to a local NASCAR race and loved it. Really want to see one of the big races :D

I chose "other". As a HUGE NASCAR fan I would want to either go to the Food City 500 in Bristol, TN or the Daytona 500. Of course I wouldn't say no to any tickets to any NASCAR race, but those are the ones I would love to go to.

It isn't that "I hate sports," I just hate crowds, especially DRUNK crowds (which seem to be synonymous with "big sport events" [save for Wimbledon] anymore). If I could attend any big event with a guarantee of no drunks it'd either be a World Series game (as long as the Yankees, Red Sox, or Giants weren't in it) or the final round of the Masters golf tournament (providing Tiger Woods and John Daly weren't there).

Good choice. The Masters is actually one I could attend, as Augusta is just a short drive from where I live.

For me, it is always the World Cup Final.

Of your selections, I voted for the Kentucky Derby as I would so enjoy that event. However, the Nascar Sprint Cup series is my favorite sport and I would love to make it to the Daytona 500!

inkedwriter World Cup Final, especially if my country is playing, but I doubt I would be able to make it to Russia in 2018 or Qatar 2022, much less attend the final. So my hopes are for 2026.

I'm not a sports fan, I quite enjoy formula 1 very occasionally but I'd rather watch it on tv than just watch cars go whizzing past me on one section of the track.

The only sport I like to watch at all is horse racing. I sort of liked going to TPC at Sawgrass, but I wouldn't have watched it on TV.

My favourite sport is cricket, but I actually prefer to watch it on television. The only sport that I'd really like to attend is tennis, so I voted for Wimbledon.
