Do you jog?

One may say jogging is for People that need to burn some excess fat. Yes fat People can jog to burn up that fat not needed by the body. But do you know not only fat People that need joggjng. Both young and old, male or female, teenager, adult or elder, we all need jogging. You'll ask why do I need jogging, there's no fat in my body. Let me outline for you the need for jogging in the human race 1. The most known reason. To loss weight 2. It stimulate the development of mineral density in our bone 3. Prevents diseases like diabieties, breast cancer, Hypertension and Heart Disease 4.improves mental health

I prefer to take long walk, since it is more gentle on the knee.

i prefer walking as an exercise over jogging just for the reason i love taking long evening walks

I usually do a mix of brisk walking, jogging, and running. If done properly, these are the only exercises that you need to maintain a healthy body.

I think there are some charity walks or runs in your country. If you can, join these events. You do good while keep yourself healthy.
