Should I resign?

I am very serious on looking for a new job because I don't wanna work in a call center industry anymore. I'm done! I've spent long years on this industry. I wanna try other industry aside from call center. I wanna try home-based as much as possible. I know I'm very repetitive in my posts. It is always about my work, my career, my problem. I really can't take this anymore. Aside from that, I am thinking to resign but I don't have replacement for my current job. I'm trying to apply to other home-based jobs but I can't get any invitations for interview. I'm losing hope. What should I do?

I can understand f you want to be in a different line of work. I would recommend that you look for another job, but make sure that you get hired for the new job before you resign the current one.

Build up a new job, even a work at home one so you have an income BEFORE you resign. Decide what you want to do. Become passionate about it and work at it while you are not earning your living. Soon enough, you will be able to earn your money doing what you like.

Unless you get something firm, you should not resign. Bird in hand is worth two in a bush.

So, if you resign, what is your plan, where do you prefer to work? If you feel you work now is not making you happy, there is no reason for you to stay

here is the thing, you have to be sure that you have God's blessings, and that you have contribute something to your recent job. Second, you have to find a job that will finance your dream, just always keep in mind finding a job you should know that your heart is in not just for whatsoever reason, second is a Job that can really finance your dreams and your family. God bless.

And do not resign until you have something to establish yourself financially. It is hard to get all what we need if we lack money. Money works and talk, you can't quit and beg for money after the last pay check you received are all consumed.
