Do You Have A Dog?

I have 9 dogs and most of them are rescued strays. One is an abandoned Pomeranian that mated with one of the strays and now have four gorgeous pups (that's why I have 9 dogs!). I think dogs are really our best friends. They love us, comfort us, protect us, even take upon themselves our illnesses and they chase away negativity. Playing with them gives us lots of energy. And if you live alone, the more dogs you have, the better! I deal with a monkey menace and if my dogs weren't around, I wouldn't even know the monkeys were ravaging my garden. How about you? Do you have dogs? Or at least A dog?

I used to have a dog and a cat. I don't have a preference. I miss them both but it's simpler to not have pets.

Dogs are so wonderful to have around but they need constant attention.

Thanks for the comment Abby. Abby, they sure are neutered by now! The abandoned un neutered pomeranian I took in managed to mate with my much taller mongrel who wasn't neutered and I had 4 puppies! Today I have 10. As one of them ran away (he always came back but I don't know what happened the last time) and I took in another two. The puppy has had to have surgery - he lost a leg when another of my dogs attacked him. She's the mother of the pups which are all grown up now, so I wonder at her violence. Of course I neutered both the pom and the mongrel soon after.
