Week 4 Physical Activity Challenge Report

This is the second progress report on my 60-day physical activity challenge that I started July 1st. I am glad to report I am Ahead of Plan by a few hundred points, as you can see in the attached tracking chart (red line is the actual activity, blue line is the planned activity), based on this I feel confident the final goal will be reached a couple of days before the due date.

After four weeks, I can say it has not been as easy as I initially thought, mainly due to personal trip I started mid-July and will last for 3 weeks. Still, it has been fun, being able to exercise and track my progress.

Are you into any kind of physical challenge? Did you know that the recommended amount of physical activity for adults is 150 minutes a week?

I have a trainer, we call her the torturess. She keeps track of the torture plan while I keep track of the pizza and beer.

scorpie Ha Ha.. Torturess... is a very telling name for a PT. There is no such thing as keeping track of pizza and beer... emoticon :winking:
