Finally Figuring Out the Photo Posting

I was having a heck of a time trying to size my photos correctly to go into the body of the text, which surprised me because I have been designing websites since the old days of doing it with html. I never had a problem with them in the sites I created. I have also needed to make them work for other processes--printing etc.

Anyway, I felt pretty stupid. But, I think I have it down...or almost down. I also never noticed the gallery button and that was a great help once I did.

Anyway, I was able to add two large photos of the zebra longwings, one of them being the male victor. In case anyone wants to take a look, here is the link... http://www.personapaper.com/article/8762-zebra-longwings

Practice makes perfect. ;p

Just had a look... Superb shots. My only question is - why did you not put them into a new post?

I re-size pics down to 300ppi and between 600x400 to 600x900 depending on mood...lol

900 worked for me, but it was trial and error. Also depended on how I wanted it to coincide with other photos on the page.

Go to Q&A and under 'Photos' it tells you what they accept. As far as publishing, it really has everything to do with the extension. I used the .ai extension, but there are other options.

I thought that was against the rules - to publish one post twice.

Sometimes you can click on the photo and resize it after uploading and sometimes it won't work.

It took me awhile to figure the picture thing out too. I do hope you come back here to write.
