Sex Tape

I absolutely love movies and television shows. Going to the movies is an amazing experience in my opinion. I try to go as much as possible, but I must admit I have not gone very much this summer. Mostly due to there not being many good movies out this summer; I find summers are disappointing for movies. Sometimes I look up what critics have to say about movies I don't know why every time I do I regret it. I find movie critics are annoying I never agree with anything they say. They find one little thing wrong with a movie and to them it makes the movie horrible. That is why I've decided to critique movies. My first movie will be "Sex Tape". Many critics have talked poorly about this movie. I honestly do not know why.

I went in saw "Sex Tape" on my birthday. It was either see that or ""Planet of the Apes" or "The Purge: Anarchy". Honestly once you've seen one planet of the apes you've seen them all, and the first purge while okay was not worth making a second; it was more of a decent B-rated film to watch on Netflix. Plus, I find Cameron Diaz smoking hot which was another reason I wanted to see it. Sex Tape stars Jason Segal and Cameron Diaz. They play a married couple who got married while in college. The movie starts out with them in college and they are having non-stop sex everywhere. Then it goes to modern times and where they never have sex. Diaz's character gets her mother to watch their children so her and Segal can have sex. The only problem is they forget how to have sex. Diaz gets this grand idea to make a sex tape thinking it will spice things up. After the two make the tape Diaz asks Segal to delete it. Only he forgets to, now they must go on a scavenger hunt trying to find their sex tape.

I found the film hilarious, I laughed almost non-stop throughout the whole film. I felt as if Diaz and Segal were very relate able. To often hollywood gets actors that do not look like the ordinary people they are suppose to be playing, which makes it hard to relate to the character; that was not the case in this movie. Segal was funny as he always is, but I love him because he looks and sounds like a regular person. Cameron Diaz was absolutely stunning and beautiful, but not they unrealistic model hot. This movie is the perfect couple movie.
