If anyone on here is following me on BB, you'll know that I highly endorse and use products by Le-Vel, which is a company that manufactures and promotes a healthy and premium lifestyle. You'll also know that I've had a million different positive side effects from taking the Le-Vel Products.
One of the side effects happens to be becoming a morning person. Before getting on the product, I hated sleeping, and hated getting up in the morning even more. Now that I've been on the product for three months, I have completely changed to the point where I am excited to go to bed, excited to wake up and take my Thrive, and excited to see my body changing from my healthier life.
With this said, I am going to share my lovely breakfast that I had this morning!
- 1 Egg Scrambled with Lemon Pepper sprinkled on it.
- My Shake (as the drink).
My Shake included:
- Shake Mix from Le-Vel (only half of one packet).
- One TSP of Vanilla Greek Yoghurt
- Two dashes of Cinnamon
- Real Cherries (handful)
- Real Cranberries (handful)
- Half a cup of chocolate milk
- Water (to fill in the rest to make two servings/two cups).
I find that by mixing these two for breakfast with a water bottle of 22 oz on the side, I have lasting energy throughout the day. Not only does the shake fill in any nutrients that I need to kick start my metabolism, it also wakes me up and makes me happy!
It's important to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, and unfortunately because of years of not following this, I really screwed up my metabolism. But over the past three months, I've managed to not only lose weight, become a morning person, increase my happiness, but start actually enjoying my life.
Yes, all from that one change and adding Le-Vel. It's insane what small habits can do to your perspective (and yes for the better)!
