Week 1 Physical Activity Challenge Report

After the first week of my physical activity challenge ( read here ). I can report I am ahead of plan by a few points, which is actually encouraging, if I take into account that we had the 4th of July holiday weekend.

According to my plan I have to accrue about 1140 points of physical activity per week (I actually only consider 5 days per week), and on the first week of my challenge I was able to add 1400 points . So I am about 250 points (or about a day) ahead of my goal. It really feels good, but I have to acknowledge that the first week is usually the easiest.

As added note, I saw a couple of interesting challenges from AngelSharum , I think I can incorporate one or two of those later on in my routine. Persona Paper is already having a positive impact in my health emoticon :winking:

Do you have any challenge or goal you want to complete in the second half of this year? How are you doing?

I have to make 15 minutes exercise every day after I had a problem to my shoulder. I do that and I walk.

AngelSharum thanks, I know there is still a long way to go, but it feels good, and sharing my goal and these updates here at Persona Paper is a way to keep me honest. Thanks also for sharing your challenges, I will be using them for sure.

My wrist is slowly (very slowly) recovering. I should stop doing everything to speed the process, but this, of course, is not possible. Thank you for your concern.
