Anger is created by negative thoughts. Without negative thought, it is absent. This does not mean that it cannot come out again, it will certainly wherever a negative thought is present. You will find that sometimes the intensity of anger varies upon the intensity of a negative thought.

Let me explain this to you.

When a negative thought is attracted either by hearing or seeing something, then a negative emotion is created. That emotion is very small indeed and at first, it will not be anger because anger needs a certain intensity before it is created. When the intensity of this emotion starts increasing, then know that anger is here.

Anger can be with different level of intensity. If ever a single negative thought attracts more negative thoughts, then the intensity of anger too increases. Many things can happen due to the intensity of anger. If the intensity is low, then you will be angry but you will not show it on the outer level but if it is high, then you can be violent and will definitely do something which will cause harm to either yourself or to others.

The best way to get rid of anger is not to listen to your first negative thought rather be busy with things which you love to do. Here, I mean, when a negative thought is present, then divert your mind to something creative.
