Marc Ghali's Now and Then project

While browsing through an old magazine this weekend, I found the name of a Canadian graphic designer named Marc Ghali, highlighting one of his innovative projects.

The project is called "Then and Now" and combines the faces of famous people from the past and present. While trying to found out a little bit more about Ghali, I saw that he has been featured by online publications such as the Huffington Post and several other graphic designing websites.

What Ghali has done is taking people such as Princess Diana and find a match in the present day, Princess Kate , and then he has mixed their two photographs in color and black in white. Another pairings are Barack Obama and Malcom X , Rihanna and Diana Ross . I like the almost seamless match between these figures, in spite of the clear distinction between pictures.

If you would like to take a look you can visit the site Behance and look for Marc Ghali or go directly by using the link here

I am sure photography entusiasts like AngelSharum would enjoy this work.

Please let me know what you think.
