Now. I know some folks were bummed that the exchange rate had to be dropped. I might even be correct in saying that we are ALL bummed that it had to be dropped.
Including Ashley .
Hello? He has just as much (and more) at stake as we did/do.
And some folks have since left because of it.
That’s fine too. It’s business - for everyone. From what I have read, I do believe Ashley gets it too. I also know that he is wicked appreciative of those who are sticking around. Whether you care little for the money or you are waiting to see how it shakes out, WHATEVER.

I’m going to hang out here at Persona Paper.
My sitch is a wee bit weird in that I’m on medical leave. The fact that I am able to string more than two sentences together is pretty impressive, actually. So yah. Maybe the telling of this sad Google AdSense story will be my strange and wonderful writing come back.
Maybe not.
Either way. I joined Persona Paper with no expectations other than to write when I was able to and enjoy the no pressure atmosphere of this positive community. I miss writing. I miss interacting with my online friends. I miss having a purpose.
In just four days time, Persona Paper had brought all of that back. WITH the added comfort that I didn’t need to be overwhelmed by any of it. With my medical condition, an impossibility currently, anyway.

The exchange rate is abysmal. I'm hoping as the community grows advertisers will appreciate it more. Hope you're on the mend and feeling better.

My health is still rocky, NeldaHoxie - the major reason I'm not bubbling these days. But thank you, sincerely. The doctors are still doing their thing, I'm just impatient after 9 months.
The exchange rate here is not great at the moment. There are circumstances for that. And yes, community growth will certainly help to build the site to a respectable powerhouse :) Glad you are here to help with that!
