Some of us feel time is money. On the surface if that was always the case, if we do something we are expecting a return. The question is how fast are you looking for that return. Right now I am in no rush for money and I am in a prett happy place so helping a community develop and possibly push the the future is something that I think would be cool to do. I have seen over the time a lot of "bashing" going on with people complaining that there was a flood of people and now that the exchange rate is down, many of them have jumped ship. While I get the fustrations of many, most of us have mouths to feed and bills to pay. This isn't a hobby, this is a job. We need to be thoughtful of those people. I would hate to see such a great platform become negative and not inviting to new people and if you read the front page of this site over the last day or two that might be an impression someone could get. These are just my two cents and my only two cents on the matter. If we focus on writing about the progress of the site or the negative stuff, how can we move past it. I am going to pledge to give this website 3 to 4 quality articles featuring my original pictures a week in hopes that it will draw readers at a steady pace and we can get some more advertising.

What are you going to do to help fix this little bump in the road?

We all have to take a proactive approach as a community which in my opinion means a happy face despited the adversity we are currently facing. Even if we are just members because what is a community without the sum of it's membership.

I have to say that I'm glad the posts about others "jumping ship" have left. We knew it would happen. It was inevitable. I don't blame them. I need the money too, and am posting elsewhere to get said money as we're certainly not making anything on this site at this point in time.

Really though, I just want to see us push forward.. have posts about random things, post the updates that need to be done and get input from our members. We certainly hope you stick around and help this community grow.

I have to say that it is extremely ironic to read this article. I would like to see you come back and fulfill your pledge.
