Are You A Positive Or Negtive Person?
We have all heard the expression on whether the glass is half empty or half full related to how people see the world. It helps to define how others view the world at times.
I don't know about you but those whose glass is always half empty bug me. My mom, who is almost ninety-three years old lives on the idea that her glass is half empty and has a hole in it. I am anything but, and do believe that is why I have achieved what I have in my life. Her comments often rain on my parade because if I make a statement about something she is going to have a negative thought related to it. Personally, if I listened to her I would just crawl in a hole and wait for the world to crumble in around me.
For this post I selected a picture of my son's rock climbing car. He built is from scratch, and he and a group of friends enjoy riding in the hills of Arkansas and Oklahoma with their cars. When I first looked at that pile of tires, an engine, and various pieces of metal I made sure I was positive in my comments. I learned a good lesson in what not to do with my kids.
With the changes going on with this site right now I do think we have some who are living on the idea of the half empty glass while others of us have optimism that Ashley will rally in getting the ads he needs. I'm going on the half full idea here and look forward to the idea that the bank will bounce back.
