wheat and milk...
I would like to share somthing about wheat.
Wheat is the best among food grains.
It contains all elemenys required for human life.
To avoid the lose of water soluble natural salts by
prolonged cooking,the wheat or the wheat flour
should be kneaded at least four hours before it is
cooked and soaked in water.
Then it should be kneaded again in that water
and then cooked. In sprouted food grain,
vitamin contents is increased , new vitamins are developed
and starch is transformed into sugar, which makes the product
Now about milk.
Milk should be consumed soon after it has been extracted.
when it still have warnth.
If freshly extracted milk is not available ,unboiledmilk can be
used within 2-3 hours of extraction in winter and within
one hour in summer.The taste of the milk will spoiled,
if kept for a long time. It should be warmed in a double
pan till it reaches body temprature and then consumed.
In the absence of freshly extracted milk,
skimmed buttermilk or curds is equally good and useful.
