The Delicious Recipes I Used to Knock Off 120 Pounds in 6 Months
This is a great book the author Harlan, explains the struggles that where endured with her weight loss. There are also some great recipes some of which I have never heard of, I love finding new recipes to prepare for not just myself but my family as well. Most times I try to eat healthy and I want my family to as well but just the thought of a recipe from a diet book turns them off. But I found some great ones in this book that I feel my family will love. This book breaks it all down in a easy to understand way. The author also explains how yes it may be a struggle but everyone has struggles with dieting may not be the same type of struggle but struggles just the same. This is a great book full of great tips, inspiration and of course awesome recipes.

I think most people would look at this article because they expected recipes. Maybe you should write a little more about what kind of food the author of the book is talking about, or change the title so that it makes clear that this is a review.

That would be a good cook book for someone trying to lose weight. I do hope you come back here to write.
