What a great book, I am always looking for new ways to lose a few extra pounds. This book has some great recipes and tips to losing those excess pounds. This diet plan does not have any strict guidelines or rules that need to be followed in order for this type of diet to work. There are some awesome sounding recipes in this book as well, in which many of them I cannot wait to try out. This diet even calls for two to three glasses a wine daily in moderation. Who doesn’t love a little wine in their diet? This book explains to take small steps toward you dieting goal. Also to make your goal reasonable and something that is doable. This is a great book and I would highly recommend it to all.
