Two months and 1 week after
It's been 2 months and 1 week since my last post here. I'm not sharing that much because of the busy schedule. It's been tough these past few weeks with my supervisor keeps on nagging on me. There's sometimes that I'm not performing well, however, I can consider myself that I'm performing much most of the time. I hope he will stop nagging me this coming days as I've ended on the last day of the month with 3 promoters and no detractors from the survey given by customers whom I've assisted in the chat as I'm working as a customer service representative of an online shopping site based on United Kingdom for fashion dress and shoes. However, my line of business is assisting American and Canadian customers.

I think most of those companies keep harrying those working for them, rather than praising them. It's unfortunate.

Yes. I agree. Although, as of the moment, my supervisor, temporarily stops nagging on me because of my good numbers on the first week of August.1

Ooh, customer service can be a rough job. It's bad enough handling complaints from customers without getting them from your manager, too.
