The Benefits of Early Morning Sunlight
Oh, the early morning sunlight. Who doesn’t love it? Aside that it is a sign of a great start of your day it is also beneficial to our body. This kind of sunlight is rich in Vitamin D which is very helpful in our health. Some of the benefits are;
- It can boost your immunity
- It helps you to get quality sleep
- Healthy bones (I never thought of these, so unfortunate I'm not fan of being an athlete in my teenage days)
- And this is the best that I've known, it reduces the chances to have 'Cancer' and other 'Chronic Diseases'
And many more…
That’s why I added in my daily routine for the past 2 years to walk under the morning sunlight while going to work though it is only a 15-25 minute walk. At the same time I save some fare money. :)
