Can't Sleep/Good Morning

Good morning everyone,

I couldn't , so I posted a couple of videos on a couple of video sharing apps, and spent some time on my blog & YouTube.

I guess my is kind of a good thing, since it is quiet here at night & I can be pretty productive.

My days & nights have been "crossed" off and on since I was about 14 years old.

Try as I have, I can't seem to change that for any extended length of time.

I might as well stay awake, since my son has to be at school in a few short hours anyway.

I'll just keep killing the time until then.

Anyway, now I'm just kind of ranting, which I much apologize for.

I hope my readers are doing well.

I suffer from insomnia sometimes. I have an MP3 player beside my bed with relaxation MP3s on it. You can get some free on the internet. Just search for progressive relaxation MP3 and lots will appear. I also have hypnosis MP3s on it for some visualisation etc. I have found the different types of MP3 suit different moods. Listening to one of these usually sends me to sleep and if not, listening to the MP3 takes my mind of what it was racing about and allows me to think of something relaxing and productive.

I hope you're able to get some sleep soon, but at least you were able to keep yourself occupied in the meantime. :)
