I Never Heard of This Browser - Have You UC Browser

I was checking Google Analytics concerning my website, Quirkyscience.com, when I spotted a load-speed feature. I clicked on that, and it listed various internet connection software browsers and such. One of them was called UC Browser. Why, I'd never even heard of that! So I checked it out...

First: Here your web URL: http://www.ucweb.com/

Second: Another site describes it as the browser of choice if you have slow internet access, and/or a very limited CPU. It is undemanding. And, curiously, it is a Chinese mobile internet company, not limited to mobile devices.

Now my internet and my "machine" are not so limited, but I'm sure there are many who are restricted in that way. Machines cost. Geographies often determine internet access. If this does apply to you, check it out. But first, read this site for a description of its credits and debits: https://uc-browser.en.softonic.com/

It's always important to check a new browser (or any other application) out before using it to buy anything or to access your financial information. I usually search for reviews of a product. Sometimes I search for "problems with ..." whatever the item is. Then I try to find the latest info. It's possible to have security concerns with some browsers.

I am familiar with softonic but not that browser. I use SeaMonkey, Edge, Firefox and sometimes Internet Explorer, the Windows 7 version.
