The Watering Pot And The Lost Tooth

The Watering Pot

Nicknamed this because she dissolves into tears when upset, the watering pot is the Tiny Terror 's sister. Nothing like her sister and normally very easy to look after, the watering pot is at the gap-toothed smile stage of losing her teeth. Some of her teeth are loose at present.

Tooth Came Out

Last night, her baby tooth decided it was time to part company with her mouth. Unfortunately, the watering pot swallowed it! This of course was the stimulus for floods of tears because now the tooth fairy wouldn't come and leave her a coin in exchange for the tooth. This was partly fuelled by a Horrid Henry video where Henry loses his first tooth after many trials and tribulations only to swallow it by mistake and the video ends with him yelling because the tooth is lost. (The link is to only a snippet on youtube).

Online Advice

Daddy looked on line to see whether this calamity had happened before and of course, it had! The advice from teachers and parents was to write a letter to the tooth fairy explaining what had happened and to leave it under the pillow in place of the tooth.

Tooth Fairy

That worked and the tooth fairy duly came and left a coin! Dragons lose their teeth too.

I had no idea what you were talking about until I googled Mr Good Bar and found it was a candy bar! Yes, candy is the big culprit for most people.

Yep. The tooth fairy has been quite disappointed with me lately. Nothing hardly to negotiate with any more. LOL
