Need a Good, Healthy Cry from the Heart?

Music reaches the strings of our heart. Sometimes we are joyous and want to shout out that joy. Sometimes we are sad and wish we could let out a good, healthy cry. Music can help there, too.
And, to my way of thinking, musically, there are few pieces that could beat the sad melodies from the Romantic Era of classical music. And what better example of a musician of that era is there than Frederic Chopin?
So if you feel hurt at heart and want to express that in your privacy, please allow me to suggest this beautiful, beautiful, if ever-so-sad song, Chopin's Prelude No. 4 in E minor . This particular rendering is by pianist Khatia Buniatishvili.

Beautiful piece of music, beautifully played. If I am sad, I generally try to find pieces of music that make me feel more cheerful.

That's generally a good idea. Some people have a hard time expressing emotions. Music like this may help.

Well done. Nice piece of music. Sadness at the finger tips of a talented pianist.

Chopin was truly a sensitive composer - of the romantic period. The poor fellow suffered from TB and other ailments and died quite young.
