Do You Love to Dream? Get a Load of This One
I am very fortunate in dreaming many dreams a night, quite a few of which I recall. In my dreams, I live a most exciting life! Get a load of this one...
So I'm driving along a multi-lane highway. I look over to my left and see a station wagon. Between us there is an open lane, so another car comes along and deliberately smacks that car's side! He then pulls in front.
Now it's odd how some things can be realistic, while others are not, but do seem realistic. I could see the facial expressions of both drivers. The victim had a surprised, even shocked look on his face. The perpetrator had a rigid, determined look on it, like "I got him, hah!"
Now here there is a blank. Don't ask me why we all kept on driving as if nothing had happened, but that's the way my dream goes...
Well next a repeat performance followed with the same result, except the victim wound up in front and proceeded to speed up and pull away from us. But then the victim, a considerable distance away (amazingly, I again saw his facial expression) looked as if he was saying, "Hey, wait a minute. I'm not going to stand for that..." He turned around and headed back toward the aggressor.
That seems to have been what the perpetrator wanted. He stopped his car and another guy I hadn't seen gets out with one of those huge old video cameras you held up on your shoulder and begins filming... Meanwhile, the "perp" begins calling the police to inform them HE had been the victim and the innocent guy was the aggressor.
The truly innocent fellow turns back around and begins to drive away, but I am just in front of him. I can see from his expression he wants me to stop.
I don't do that, but I gesture to my license plate (how do you do that while your inside a car, driving?), expecting him to realize I mean he should jot it down and get in touch with me through the authorities so I can act as a witness in his behalf without the other guy (whose camera never saw my plate) realizing the innocent guy has a witness who will testify in his behalf.
I wake up! Yet another dream. So much happens so quickly. Life is full of action. And for those few seconds of dream, it takes the better part of 2,000 words to describe.
Enjoy YOUR dreams. It'll make you look forward to sleeping all the more.
