Happy New Year personapaper 01.01. 2018 Monday

Ever have trouble with your tummy after eating or drinking something that got you cramping and bloating to the point of near nausea? Well this is what I went through several days ago and it lasted a few days and nights. I never got a good night's sleep. But two nights ago, I was finally over it.

The bug might be from an ulcer. The bug might come from spoiled milk or under cooked beef. I can't say for sure, but the subsequent nausea, bloating, gas and cramping as well as pain from the pressure all about my ribs was something I don't want even my worst enemies to experience.

I prayed to almighty God and Jesus to help me though this ordeal and eventually my faith paid off.

I was taking time to refrain from coffee or fried foods for several more days and have had oat meal for breakfast for 2 days, lots of chilled filtered water, green tea and lots and lots of rest.

The weather turned down from being in the 60s and 70s to being sub-freezing in under 6 days to the present date. Today, January 1, 2018, is not only a new day in a new year but it is a time when I will look forward, not back, to living with health in mind. I will encourage all of you this year to focus on what really matters, the ones you love. Quality time. Meaningful conversations. Plenty of restful times and looking for good in all things large and small, both infinite and finite. It's all part of God's graceful design.

I will begin with the thought that perhaps all people will live as one, in love and live a quality of life not yet realized.

Nice to know you're feeling better now! Sounds it was a really bad experience. There's a lot of people here with similar symptoms, a guess it has been due to a virus... have a great year and that all your wishes come true!!

I mainly am hoping for a better year for the planet earth. We need more love than ever before. It's that simple. From love, will come positive people and positive people do many good deeds. It makes for a better world for everyone. When we think about the basics and stick to the 10 commandments and just take life with a positive attitude, we go far. So that is my wish for 2018 for you and everyone.

Happy New Year Anthony. I hope all of us have a happy and healthy one. Glad you are feeling better now - not a pleasant experience.

Happy New Year! :)

I have stomach trouble too since December 30. There were plenty of foods for new year but I slept hungry. There are non oily but I have no appetite :(

I guess this is because I ate veggie in coconut milk for lunch then drank coffee with cream after few hours. I supposed not to add creamer if I eat oily/dairy foods.

I have no ulcer so drinking coke coke coke when having stomach trouble helps me. But coke can worsen my insomnia. My goodness. I hope I have apple tree in our backyard.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have gall bladder trouble or could something have gone bad?
