Jogging is a great way to start your day
Today morning i started my day by goign for jogging. I have been going for joggin since yesterday and i must say that it is a very good way to start your day.
Earlier i would start my day with mediation and really brought peace of mind and calmness. I really needed it. But these two days, i.e yesterday and today i started the day with jogging and it had a positive effect too.
I felt very fresh and energetic and now it is evening but still i am feeling very good.
You do not have to literally run for hours but just getting up early in the morning and doing a 20 minutes walk or jogging will makes you feel better.
Do try this friends, once in a while at least. You will like it for sure.. I also never thought to get up and go for jogging or morning walk, but i just went that day and now i am planning on makin git a routine or at least on weekends..
