me, worry?

When it comes down to the fact that sooner or later you will have to get a physical you might worry a lot before you go to your doctor.

This is normal human anxiety and everyone experiences this feeling of dread and sometimes we get a bit too excited and anxious.

That is also normal. But we do eventually go to get a physical, if for no other reason but to keep getting our renewed prescription medications like hypertension pills and acid reflux medicine for GERD and in some cases thyroid replacement hormones after an ablation and so on.

The thing is, I worry, even if it's months away before my next appointment. The one way I deal with it is to remain as active physically, as I can, by finding things to do at home that are positive.

Watching the evening news isn't one of them.

Today I downloaded my Office 365 Personal from Microsoft. It will be automatically deducted from my checking through my debit card once per month in the basic amount for one user including tax of about $7.57 each and every single month until I decide to either pay the balance in full for that one year for approx. $99.00 plus tax. I have to do this to have Microsoft Word. It is to my benefit to have Office 365 for one single user rather than pay even more to get it for up to 4 devices.

Since I only use one device to do Word I only need to pay one price. The thing I do is try not to worry about it. I figure take one day at a time. Be good to the ones you love and thank God for every day you have on earth. It may be hard at times and sometimes seemingly impossible but then what don't kill us makes us stronger, right?

If you feel like you are the only person on earth who ever worried about stuff, let me tell you that you are not alone. I have anxiety very often but somehow I manage to stay afloat. I am keeping an eye on the eye of the storm coming in from the east. It is a big one. IRMA is her name and she is a category 3 at the moment. I made coffee earlier and it was a lot cheaper than buying a Starbucks. I can get a can of Folgers to last me 2 to 3 months and have two great cups of coffee every day. I can skip a day and get a headache sometimes but because it is my drug of choice I favor it over other things that cost lots more.

Me worry? No more than normal. But keep an eye on the future. It might be a better day ahead.

I wonder where everyone has gone? It's a holiday weekend, so maybe everyone has gone to visit friends and relatives on this Labor Day weekend. Monday the post man will not come. The banks will be closed and people will be out cooking on the grills. I will see black smoke coming up Monday from my neighbors and see about 8 cars parked in the house out in front of us as their company will probably be there visiting and having a little get together. We will stay in Monday and just chill out and I might catch the Jerry Lewis Telethon if they have one. Not sure if they will have it since Jerry died at age 91 this past week.

Have a good Labor day. You can get a free word processor that is compatible with Word. It's Libre Office and it has word processing, spreadsheet, etc AND you can save documents in Word format, etc.

OOps. Too late. I already paid for a month of Microsoft Office 365 Personal for Windows 10. It will cost me approx. 7.57 per month from auto payments debited to my account forever until I find a way to get one in a box paid in full that does exactly the same programs that Office 2015 offers at present. I particularly like the way you can take a document and turn it into a PDF format and then compress or zip it and upload it with images to post as an electronic or E-book at Amazon. Kindle Direct Publishing is what they call it. It is free to submit a book to get published and sell online and if I one day get it right I will publish my first full length story or even novel if I ever take time to work on finishing anything. I never seem to be able to finish a story. I get writer's block. I wish I could at least finish a few short stories.

Make workbooks. They are called "low content" books. You could make one for writers with writing prompts.
