What's Good for Persona Paper?
It's been over a year since I wrote last, and ironically, my last post was about how nice it was that people were still posting here (after payment stopped). Well, it is nice, and people are still posting, so I might as well be one of them. I've actually come around now and then, sometimes leaving a few comments here and there, but it's always good to contribute. Makes the site more active, and if we're ever to make this a paying site again, the spiders like both valuable content and updated content. Valuable content is well-written, informative content with good searchability. Updated content is precisely that--stuff that his been either published recently or modified recently, either by editing or by added comments.
So even though I am quite famous for my laziness, I will try to make a bit more effort, here, since MegL and company have been so good as to keep the doors open. Hopefully, it will be about making posts, but if I haven't the gumption for that, may it at least be about leaving comments for those who do, in an effort to add substance and value to the site overall. I've traveled around the web in search of other paying sites to settle into, and while Niume is a beautiful site, there's not the sense of community that I got here at Persona Paper. MyLot has more of a community feel, but I don't even see how they get any outside traffic, as most of the content is just chatty little pieces and not much in the way of actual articles. It's kind of like Facebook, but with far more horrifying ads (remember those awful ads that ran across the bottom of the pages on Bubblews? They have THOSE ads. And I don't block them, because I want the site to make money, but ewww.) Both sites are good in their own way, though, but there's certainly room for PP, as well.
Anyway, write, comment, visit, and let's see if we can keep the heart of Persona Paper beating indefinitely!
