My body clock is messed up
I have just completed seven twelve and a half hour nightshifts over the last eight days and it has done some funny things to my body clock.
I couldn't eat my dinner last night, I was feeling sick at the thought of it. Then I woke up at 5.30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. I decided to get up around six since the other half has his archery coaching course today and he would be getting up at half past anyway. I knew his alarm would wake me so there was really no point in going back to sleep for half an hour.
I decided to get his breakfast and coffee for him and make his packed lunch. These are the kind of things he will do for me when I am nightshift and have very little time to do these things myself. I often complain about the things he doesn't do - housework mostly, but he is great at helping me with these sorts of things so I shouldn't really complain too much.
Today I am going to do some business stuff. I will write a few blog posts and schedule them and probably try to get some sales on facebook. Business is starting to pick up but it is never a bad thing to drum up more business. Oh how I cant wait for the day when I can just work my business from home and not have this horrible schedule disturbing my body clock!
