I love tomatoes but have never tried sweet potato curry, sounds tasty.

I have no doubt the Indian diet is a healthy lifestyle choice. The one thing I am not familiar with is the bitter gourd. I don't know how to prepare it myself. But I am more than happy to sample any Indian cuisine offered to me. :)
