Perfect Stranger's Mark Linn-Baker
I've been downloading like mad Perfect Stranger TV shows. At some level, it could be accused of being mindless entertainment. But (and I am being frank) the acting is that of (especially) two talented actors, Bronson Pinchot and Mark Linn-Baker.
Now Mr. Pinchot would be the obvious focal point for the show. A foreigner comes to America to be with his American cousin, "Cozzen Larry." Bronson in his role was very talented indeed!
But there is another top-notch actor. He would not be the focal point. Yes, Mark Linn-Baker. In truth, I believe he was the better actor, if one could be said to be better than the other. Maybe it is (in part) because I tend to favor the "underdog." On the other hand, maybe it is because the role of the "straight man" can be magnitudes more difficult to pull off than the "funny man."
At any rate, Mark was quick-witted, talented in physical humor, and able to establish himself as the typical American neurotic who always feels he is the wiser individual. Why not watch an episode on Dailymotion Video?
