Benefits of Green Tea

The tasty tea is a favorable drink for a large number of people all over the world. Modern research has shown that tea, and especially green tea is good for our health and it can prevent a lot of illnesses and even a few serious ones too. Tea is also believed to improve our happiness everyday.

What makes the tea as a healthy drink is difficult to find out with certainty but a most important reason is believed to be the antioxidants it contains. Antioxidants are said to protect the body’s cells and the cells’ DNA from certain groups of harmful substances. The most common antioxidants are vitamin C and E.

I know green tea is supposed to be good for you but I have tried it and don't really like it, I suppose I have been too used to black tea for too many years. I followed the link you gave and most of the information in your article above is COPIED from that article.
