Someday, I would love to soar over the beautiful world to visit places of wonder such as Machu Picchu, the Colosseum, museums, beaches and castles. I want to eat at the street cafe's in Paris or wander through the bazaars in India--eating food that I couldn't possibly perceive to exist while drinking in the culture of the world's inhabitants.

I yearn for these experiences, but alas I must stay in my home due to my anxiety and the nonexistence of money. Therefore, I must daydream my perceived reality of the world through reading and browsing the internet.

Yet, there is always the hope that one day I could win the lottery and one day I could pull myself out of these afflictions that attack me. One day I could pretend to hold up the Leaning the Tower of Pisa for a selfie.

Have you tried soaring with Google Earth? It allows you to fly along the Grand Canyon or visit the Eiffel Tower and The leaning Tower of Pisa! I have wasted many an hour on that program and I am not starting it up at the minute, because i have work to do! emoticon  I saw this web site yesterday maybe CBT could help?

I know how you feel. I take the easy way and arm chair surf the television though PBS public broadcasting and watch shows like Rick Steve's Europe and Globe Trekker. Do you have access to PBS? If you have Windows 10 you can get an app just for PBS and watch shows that have been archived for free.
