Why People Should Be Concerned With The Election Process

So, the election season is here, and it's gotten ugly. I'm happy to see that part of my prediction at least has turned out to be untrue. We won't get a President Bush, but we still might get stuck with a President Clinton.

I'm a little alarmed by the way Hillary Clinton is stealing the votes away from Bernie Sanders. He wins a State, and somehow she's the one that gets the delegates. Is that the way a real democratic election works? Or is this the workings of a rigged system? I don't know how many people are really asking questions. Does anybody care?

On the other side is Donald Trump. I don't consider myself much of a fan of this man. However, he's been winning states, and he gets vilified by the media. The term racist is being thrown at him, and I don't really understand why. A country having a border that should be secured is not a racist idea.

The Republican Party itself is going all out to try and steal this thing from him. He is clearly the most popular candidate on the Republican side, and they may give us a candidate that nobody even voted for to go up against Hillary, who's probably going to get the Democratic nomination under questionable circumstances.

If the Republican party is successful in stealing the nomination from Trump, the only thing that that will accomplish is to get Hillary Clinton elected. Is that what the Republican Party really wants?

Trump might decide to run as a third party candidate if that happens, and I hope he does. It is my belief that the system is broken. It is also my belief that there are certain powers that be that want to break it so they can give us what it is that they want.

Things like what is happening now will lead to what the powers that be really want. It seems like a joke to me, but I wonder how many people in America are even awake. Will America sleep while all of this happens? If they do, people have only themselves to blame for what we end up with.

The US Election system seems very odd to me. But then I suppose different countries have different ways.

I personally like Bernie.

I think the elections need toe based on majority count. Plain and simple. Why it is the way it is today is a mystery and I don't relate to it much.

Majority count seems fairest. And also, all aspiring contenders to be in round one and top 3 or 5 go through to round 2.

That sounds fair enough.
