Try going just one week without the internet

It's a challenge I dare you to try. Starting Next Week, I want you to take the 7 day NO INTERNET CHALLENGE.

It looks like, based on the activity here, there are several who may be on the one year no internet challenge!

I don't know if I can do it but I will try to get some reading done. I mean, no Emails, no Facebook, No Twitter, no myLot, nothing. No Skype either. NADA!

If you take this challenge I want results. Maybe from this we all can get our heads fixed enough to find our inner self and then from that new ideas will spring like a fountain of pure clean water to flush out all the dirty stuff in our heads.

I will give this a try after I finish this article. The time for my 7 day no internet starts at 6:00 PM Central Time, on Friday, April 15, 2016. Wish me luck. I hope to come back finding Persona Paper teaming with renewed vitality!

I can't do it. I have two AtoZ challenges going for all of April and I'm on the internet all day except to eat and sleep, and do essential chores.

I could a week without the internet, but the biggest problem I have is going without my trusty laptop.

On vacation in Spain last summer, my wife insisted that I left my computer at home. The whole 2 weeks I had stories going around my head, begging to be written (I can't write on paper these days), and I had photos on my camera that I wanted to look at but couldn't in the small screen on the camera. While the others were busy reading books, I had creating juices flowing but was unable to put them to work.

So YES I could go without the internet, but I do need the capability to write down events and thoughts, even if I need to then turn them into blog posts at a later date.

The truth is, I had to get online just to let everyone know I was still active and also I had to use my WORD app to jot down a few new ideas. My wife is aware that I spent the last hour sorting through old journals, as I was looking for inspiration for future articles. lol

So true. I too have had to use the internet to order things I needed and help a friend order his things. Once again, I will spend a little less time online on my writing but I have been thinking of new articles to write and jotting my thoughts down as I rummage through my old spirals with some things I have written and not yet considered to write about. I will be on and off throughout the next several days until I get this cave in order.

I have to do this so the 7 day challenge is really all about me getting organized. I think this will fit well into future articles. A cluttered environment makes for a cluttered mind, and I am intending to stay focused on my article writing. By the way, I have been interacting a bit more at blogjob. It's a very well designed writing site. More organized than Bubblews ever was, in fact this speaks volumes for it's likely success!
