power up my smart phone, help?

Hi there Ppers! Got a problem to solve and please don't laugh if I look stupid while asking but its computer tech so I am wondering if there is a possibility. I am using Alcatel Pixi3, and I am wondering if I can turn it into a tablet.... The internet speed is very fast, but my problem is the memory. Do you think there is a super big memory card capacity that I can buy to team up with my Alcatel Pixi3? I am having a hard time using my laptop because my broadband is not really that fast and it makes me a little angry everytime I log in. So can you guys give me an advice what is the ideal size of memory card should I buy without affecting the current speed of my smartphone? And should I buy a spare battery or just stick in using my power bank?

I thing you could call your Internet Service Provider. They may have a phone you can buy to replace this one to get more power, faster data transfer rates and so on. MegL's link should be very good for you to refer to to get that memory card.

I think there is. I've seen that before in the internet but no idea how much.
