It's Only Money

What happens when you don't really value money? You become a moron and give it away when you need it yourself. I mean, charity is great and I AM charitable, in fact pretty generous especially when donating to my spiritual path, but a couple of years agop I donated a huge amount to a strange organisation on the advice of my Chartered Accountant and nwo I want it back because I really do have better ways of using it.

You see, building my home all by myself was a harrowing experience, albeit an exhilarating one. Being naive and ignorant and stupid, I trusted everyone that came my way and ended up getting cheated. I had to report my builder and contractor and even the electrical contractor to the police. And that did help me save at least something.

But really, I must write this book about my experience which was hilarious at times. I can see it all objectively now and make fun of myself. Isn't that what comedy is all about?

I am not sure whether you can get donations back, at least not in the UK.

Your writing is intense in emotion. Was the experience all that intense?

I somehow don't find your situation comical in the least. If you are able to look back at things and laugh, more power to you.
