Well, going to have to change things up a bit...

Sometimes, weather just gets in the way of some things.

I was all set to take Angel for a walk, when I looked out the window and saw that it was raining.

By that time Angel was all excited, and while it was harder than a sprinkle it wasn't raining that hard, so I took Angel around the block anyway.

When we got home, I mowed the back lawn--in my raincoat. ;) The rain still wasn't that hard, and it had to be done or we would have had to wait for my brother to get the chance to do it with the weed whacker.

One thing I will not be doing in the rain is taking another bookmark and stuff outside to take pictures. I guess that I will try and do the photos by the back door, as has been suggested to me (our back door is a sliding glass door, so the outside light still comes in).

I hope it works. ;)

That's an interesting pattern on the bookmark. How did you come up with that?

Thank you, MegL -- I was thinking of something South Western-y -- or something like that. When I do patterns myself I write/draw them out on Science Paper--which is like graph paper but with much smaller squares. ;)

I like that bookmark. Glad you still got a walk in

What kind of lawn mower do you have? Isn't it very hard cutting the grass in the rain?
