OfferUp offers way to make money while clearing out unwanted items

A friend of mine sold some of the things that she no longer used on a website called OfferUp. She suggested that I download it on my Android and look into it, as I I'm starting to downsize and clear things out.

I have, indeed, downloaded the app. I have yet to really explore it in depth. The site claims to be easier than Craigslist. Or maybe it was a review that I read elsewhere else.

I have yet to post anything, but it seems to be easy enough. It is basically a site that is much like an online yard sale or want ads. It reminds me of Facebook groups for buy, sell, or swap...or Craigslist. Moreso, it seems to be an updated version of what I remember of eBay, when it was more of an online yard sale and not what it has become today.

Does anyone here have any experience or knowledge of this website? Please, "offer up" your know-how and advice!

I don't know anything about these sites. When I get rid of things I take my old stuff to thrift shops or recycling.

I've never heard of it but there are a ton of sites like this popping up - I have seen commercials for Wallapop and Letgo

I have noticed quite a number of apps coming out lately that seem to be for smart phones but are not available for the laptop or desktop.

First time I've read or heard about this 'Offer Up' site. Will look into it.

I've never heard of it. If you can use it from a PC, I might check it out. Let us know what you find out if you have time first.
