This Year Focus on my health

Hi Ppers,
Good morning and good evening to everyone who are still up out there and busy reading and commenting here at persona!
I am not a very sporty person, but what I will focus on is to drink a lot of water this year, and I hope it will help my kidney to live healthy. Exercise is something I don't really do but I love walking I guess that's the only thing I can do about it, and a little stretching in the morning.
Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables this year is what I will do, and I don't know if I am going to eat junk food but I guess last year it will not reach 10 times that I ever bought or ate it... but the thing is I love instant noodles (which my mom always disapproved), you think I can eliminate eating instant noodles? I envy those korean who eats noodles it makes me crave for it just watching it. Hehehe... maybe I will just schedule my eating habit of noodles.
And last drinking my vitamins regularly specially we do a lot of shifting at work, and right now I am in a graveyard shift... which is I really hate, but the time at night is faster than the usual... Anyway I hope this week will go fast quickly so we will all go back to the morning shift that I really love. God bless everyone.

This is good. It is nice that you think about your health.

Since I only have one kidney now, my doctor told me it was necessary to drink two liters of water every day. I also must stay away from junk food. I don't think eating instant noodles are really good for your health.

I like instant noodles, too, but I make them healthier by adding extra veggies, so you can do that and not feel so guilty!

Eating and hydrating right are important, but some light exercise will help more than you can imagine. Even walking for ten minutes a few times a day, a few days a week, can make a big difference.

You can do it!
I need to take a page from your book, and try to put in the extra effort to be healthier this year.
