Another Loss In The Same Week

I wrote an article earlier this week about how singer Celine Dion's beloved husband died of throat cancer at age 73. Well, I then read that one of her brothers was near death because of cancer. Today, I read where her 59 year old brother died of the cancer. He had cancer in the tongue and brain. It is so sad, but what makes it even sadder and harder to deal with is when two close family members die in the same week of cancer causing sicknesses or other tragedies that could happen. It is like when you hear stories of whole families dying due to a car crash , fire or other natural disaster. It is just tragic when the family members have to not only deal with one death of a loved one but more than one death. Continue to say a prayer for Celine Dion.

It is shocking how many stars are dying and they are all related in show business somehow it seems.

I guess nothing beat prayers to comfort a person in grief. Because only God can comforts and fill the empty spaces in our hearts. Hope she wil recover soon from all the pain and heartaches soon, and I pray for her to be a strong mom for her son and a strong sister to her family.

my heart goes out to her. It is difficult when we lose people that are close to us. It is even more difficult when we lose more than one in succession.

TV Channels and newspapers were abuzz with this news. She must have found it difficult to bear it all.
